East Lothian runners in Pardubice 2015
East Lothian was again represented in the Annual Pardubice Wine Half Marathon in Pardubice, Czech Republic with Haddington Running Club members making up a stunning 50% of the East Lothian field!
Prague on the thursday before the race was a warm 18c ! Roger arriving on the friday brought the scottish weather with him down to 7-8 c !!We met up with Billy and Dorothy Elliot from Musselburgh and a 90 minute taxi ride we arrived in Pardubice.From then on it was non stop eat….drink….shower…eat…drink…sleep….eat…..RUN….shower….eat…..DRINK….sleep….taxi..(eat in the taxi )

Managed to get a sightseeing tour and run half marathon
Superb trip with runners from Poland.Turkey.Germany and Belgium invited by the city with hospitality second to none.
Hoping to see the Pardubice group over in Scotland for Scottish Half.Thinking reciprocation is in order !!
